The Rancho Santa Fe Community Services (RSFCSD) District provides the residents of Rancho Santa Fe, California with sewer collection, treatment and disposal services. The RSFCSD also maintains the roadside landscaping along the more than 60 miles of unincorporated County roads within the Rancho Santa Fe Covenant boundary.
On April 5, 2010, the Local Agency Formation Commission approved the activation of the District's latent powers for Undergrounding of Utilities, which will allow the CSD to form assessment districts to finance the undergrounding of overhead utilities and the extension of natural gas lines within the Covenant boundary.
